- a nevezési díjat jelentkezéskor kell befizetni a benevezett versenyzők után,
- nevezés módosításokat és új nevezéseket csak a rajtlista adta kereteken belül tudunk elfogadni,

- a versenyt elektronikus pontérintő (SI) rendszerrel rendezzük. Akinek nincs saját dugókája, annak 200 Ft/fő/nap dugóka bérleti díjat kell fizetni jelentkezéskor. 14 év alatt a dugóka bérlés ingyenes.

Szállás
A szálláshelyek elfoglalása csak a jelentkezéskor kapott szállásjegyek bemutatásával lehetséges. A szállásköltségeket jelentkezéskor kell fizetni. Szálláshelyek:

A Cél és a Versenyközpont mindkét napon azonos helyen található: Tatárszentgyörgy - Sarlóspuszta A Cél megközelítése:
Gépjárművel Tatárszentgyörgyről Sarlóspusztára kell utazni, majd a Club Hotel bejáratától a verseny útjelző tábláinak figyelembevételével érhető el a Cél. Parkolás a Cél közelében a kijelölt parkolóhelyen.
„0” idő: 1. nap: 12.00 óra, 2. nap: 10.00 óra Öltözködés, ruhaelhelyezés, tisztálkodás: a célban elhelyezett öltözősátrakban. Rajt megközelítése: A rajt mindkét napon ugyanazon a helyen van. - Cél-Rajt: 100 méter, kék-fehér szalagozás
- A jelentkezéskor kapott rajtszámokat viselni kell.
- A versenyzők rajtidejük előtt 1 perccel veheti fel térképüket.
Térkép: M = 1:10 000 méretarányú, 2 m-es alapszintközzel, IOF normák szerint helyesbítve 2010-ben. A térképeken kék szín nincs, a tájoló vonalak színe fekete. A térképeknek a rajtban fóliatasakot biztosítunk. A térképek mérete: 31 x 46 cm és 23,5 x 34 cm. A 31 x 46 cm méretű térképen a terep egy része külön kivágatban szerepel, így az itt haladó pályák „térképcserével” folytatódnak. A térképeket befutás után le kell adni, a csapatvezetők a verseny második napján az utolsó futó elrajtolása után vehetik fel mindkét nap térképeit. Az ellenőrzőpontok megnevezése (szimbol) és kódja: a rajtban vehető fel, a térképen nincs pontmegnevezés. A pontérintés igazolása: elektronikus pontérintő rendszerrel. Ha az ellenőrzőlámpa nem villan, a szúróbélyegzővel kell szúrni. Az ellenőrzőpontokon szórócédulát is elhelyeztünk. Frissítő: a 10 km-nél hosszabb pályákon hűsítőpont van a térképen jelölt helyen. Nyílt kategória
Az előre nevezettek és a helyszínen jelentkezők is a verseny 60. percétől a rajtidő végéig indulhatnak tetszésszerinti időben, legfeljebb 1 perces időközzel. A nyílt kategória is SPORTident elektronikus rendszerrel kerül lebonyolításra, indulásnál a rajtidőt az SI rajtdoboza adja. Nyílt kategóriában rajtlista nem készül és összesített eredményt sem számolunk, eredményhirdetést nem tartunk, de az eredményeket közzé tesszük. Gyermekek számára szalagozott pályán versenyt rendezünk. Jelentkezés az első nap 13 óráig, a 2. nap 11 óráig a Célban. Befutáskor minden gyermek ajándékot kap, külön eredményhirdetést nem tartunk. Eltévedt versenyzők D-i irányban haladva Sarlóspusztára jutnak, ahonnan a Cél táblákkal jelölt úton közelíthető meg. A Cél értesíthető a 06-20-949-43-78 mobil telefonszámon. Eredményhirdetés a 2. napon 13.30 órakor kezdődik. Az F60B kategória legjobb magyar versenyzője nyeri a Korik Andor emlékversenyt. Egyéb fontos információk - A terepen több tanya van, igyekezzünk azokat elkerülni, mert kutyák őrzik azokat.
- A romos tanyák udvarán fedetlen kutak is előfordulnak, fokozott figyelemmel haladjunk, kerüljük el ezeket a tanyákat is
- A terepen több helyen fakitermelés folyik, fokozott figyelemmel haladjunk!
- A vadállomány megóvása érdekében a terepre kutyát kivinni nem szabad és a Célban is pórázon kérjük tartani őket.
- A Célban, a Parkoló területén, a terep bármely részén a rendezőség, az erdészet is szigorúan tiltja a dohányzást, tűzrakást és nyílt láng használatát.
- Ügyeljünk a szálláshelyek és versenyközpont létesítményeinek épségére, rendjére és tisztaságára.
- A célban büfé üzemel hideg, meleg ételekkel.
- A verseny 2. napján kerül megrendezésre a dr. Szentgyörgyi Imre emlékverseny, amely az üzemi tájfutó bajnokság első fordulója. Ezen csak postás és hírközlési dolgozók és iskolák tanulói állhatnak rajthoz.
- Ismét sor kerül a szlovák-magyar szenior találkozóra. Az első napi eredmények alapján a második napon mérik össze erejüket a két ország legjobb szenior versenyzői.
- A versenyen mindenki saját felelősségére indul.

Participants who do not have their own e-card may hire one at a fee of HUF 200/person/day at Registration. Free e-card hire for competitors under age 14.
- due to insufficient entries the classes below have been cancelled and the competitors transferred to the following classes:

F21A > F21E - entries for the OPEN category can be made at the Finish area without surcharge until 1 p.m. on Saturday, and until 11 a.m. on Sunday.
Accommodation
Any accommodation can only be taken up by showing the voucher received at Registration. The accommodation fees have to be paid at Registration.

The Finish and Event Centre are in the same place both days: Tatárszentgyörgy – Sarlóspuszta.
Getting to the Event Centre
You have to travel from Tatárszentgyörgy to Sarlóspuszta, then at the entrance of the Club Hotel follow the signs to the Finish. Parking will be near to the Finish, please park in the marked area!
Base time: Day 1: 12.00 pm, Day 2: 10.00 am Changing, clothing depository and washing facilities: In the changing tents set up in the Finish area.
To the starts:
The starts situated in the same place on both days. - Finish-Start: 100 metres, marked by blue-white tape.
- The start numbers received at Registration have to be worn.
- Competitors will receive their maps 1 minute before their start time.
Map:
Scale: M = 1:10 000 Contour interval: 2 m, according to IOF specifications, made in 2010. There is no blue on the maps. North lines are black. Map bags are available at the Start. Map sizes: 31 x 46 cm and 23,5 x 34 cm. On the 31 x 46cm map a part of the terrain is on a separate cutout, so those courses that use this map will have to have a „map exchange”. All maps will be collected at the end of Day 1. Team captains will have all maps returned on Day 2 after the last start. Control descriptions are available on loose sheets in the start. Self service. They are NOT printed on the maps!
Control punching system
The control posts are equipped with the Sport Ident electronic punching system and the location is marked with small pieces of paper. If the control lamp does not flash please use the punch.
Refreshment points
On courses longer than 10 km refreshment points will be provided. Their location is marked on the map.
Open category
Both the pre-entered and those entering on the day can start any time between the 60th minute and the end of the start period, leaving a minimum of 1 minute start interval. The Open class will also use the SPORTident electronic timing system: please punch the start box as you start! We will not prepare an Open start list, we will not add together the results of the two days and there will not be a result ceremony either. However, we will publish the Open results with all the other results.
There will be a Children’s race on marked courses: Registration is open until 1 pm on Day 1 and 11 am on Day 2 in the Finish area. All finishers will receive a gift. There will be no result ceremony for the Children’s race.
Lost competitors can proceed in a Southerly direction to get to Sarlóspuszta. From there the Finish area can be found following the signs.
The Finish can be telephoned on 06-20-949-43-78 from a Hungarian and on +36-20-949-43-78 from a foreign mobile phone.
Result ceremony will start at 1.30 pm on Day 2.
Other important information - There are some farm yards on the competition area. We tried to avoid going close to those that are guarded by dogs. In addition all farms were informed about the event.
- there may be open wells on a few old, ruined farm yards. Be careful, preferably avoid crossing these areas.
- During the weekdays there are forestry operations in the competition area, take due care!
- Please also take care of the order and cleanliness of the accommodation venues and the Event Centre. Put all your rubbish in the designated containers and use the mobile toilets. Use only these toilets provided. Keep your accommodation and the event area as clean as you would like to find them.
- At the Finish, in the Car Park or on any part of the competition area it is forbidden to smoke, make fires or use a naked flame. This rule is made by the forestry and the organizers and will be strictly enforced.
- In order to safeguard the wild game in the forest, no dogs should be taken onto the competition area and please keep them on a lead in the Finish area as well!
- There is a buffet serving hot and cold food in the Finish area.
- On Day 2 the dr. Szentgyörgyi Imre Memorial OL event will be organised as the first round of OL championship of the employees and students of the post and communication industry and schools.
- The Slovak - Hungarian Veteran Competition will be organised again. Based on Day 1 results the best veteran competitors of the two countries will compete on Day 2.
- Every competitor takes part at their own risk.
